The hotel room had a direct sea view with a big window, was spacious, very clean, and had a really nice view with a very comfy bed. It was perfect. The service was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and made me feel very at home. The dining experience was inconsistent from day to day in terms of amount and quality of food. The location was great for exploring North Wales but was just above a motorway. The facilities were top-notch with pet amenities available.

5.6/10

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was lovely at first, but as the evening progressed, I noticed some flaws like dead flies stuck to the blind, bathroom lights not working, and a loose towel rail. The hot water was also not available upon my 7-hour drive arrival. The size of the room was a bit small, which isn't uncommon for this level of property. Unfortunately, the luxury full-frontal seaview I had paid for in Room 1 was missing.

Rooms
6.0
The room had some initial charm but later revealed flaws like dead flies and bathroom issues.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and did their best with what they had. They even accommodated an earlier breakfast timing for me.
Location
5.0
The hotel's location was in the middle of nowhere, looking over the motorway. It was close to Conwy, Llandudno, and Anglesey, making it great for exploring North Wales. However, the bay views were obstructed by the surroundings.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast hours were not convenient for early travelers, which led to an unexpected situation of being locked in the hotel. The quality and variety of food were good but with timing issues.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel lacked some necessary maintenance in the rooms and overall upkeep, impacting the guest experience.
