Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room had a direct sea view with a big window, was spacious, very clean, and had a really nice view with a very comfy bed. It was perfect. The service was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and made me feel very at home. The dining experience was inconsistent from day to day in terms of amount and quality of food. The location was great for exploring North Wales but was just above a motorway. The facilities were top-notch with pet amenities available.
The hotel offers a nice stay with comfortable rooms and excellent service. Dining is satisfactory with good options available. Overall, a pleasant choice for a relaxing getaway.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was lovely at first, but as the evening progressed, I noticed some flaws like dead flies stuck to the blind, bathroom lights not working, and a loose towel rail. The hot water was also not available upon my 7-hour drive arrival. The size of the room was a bit small, which isn't uncommon for this level of property. Unfortunately, the luxury full-frontal seaview I had paid for in Room 1 was missing.
